The Process

1. Submit Your Booking Inquiry

Complete the form below with all required details, including your retreat interests and personal information. This helps us understand your needs and prepare the next steps.

2. Receive Dates & Registration Form

Our team will contact you directly with available retreat dates, a registration form, and a required waiver.

3. Confirm Your Details

Select your preferred date, complete the registration form, and submit the signed waiver. Once we receive your materials, we will review your application.

4. Acceptance & Payment

If accepted, you will receive a payment link to secure your booking. Only after full payment is received and your registration is confirmed will your stay at Ora Tulum be guaranteed.

Participation is by acceptance only.

No booking is guaranteed until all forms are completed, approval is granted, and full payment is received.

Because of our private and limited capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. If changes are necessary, we allow rescheduling for a future retreat date, subject to mutual agreement and availability.

Ora Tulum reserves the right to decline any guest for health, medical, or personal reasons at our sole discretion, without further explanation.
