We’re set deep in the jungle of Tulum, Mexico, about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun airport and slightly over 1 hour from Tulum airport. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send detailed directions and can help arrange transfers.

ORA Tulum is intentionally designed as a small, private retreat. Based on the size of the property and the number of villas and suites, we host a maximum of 32 guests at any given time. This allows us to maintain a quiet, spacious environment and provide personalized attention to each guest.

We have six Jungle Villas. Five one‑bedroom villas and one two‑bedroom villa. In addition to that we have nine King Suites. Each is designed as a private sanctuary with its own terrace, plunge pool or pool access and thoughtful amenities. All of our rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests max, with the exception of the two-bedroom Grand Villa which can accommodate a group of 4 guests.

Our service menu includes deep tissue massages, hot‑stone massages, Thai massages and, coming soon, mud baths and wraps. Each session draws on traditional and modern techniques to soothe the body and mind. We also include workshops and activities like breathwork and yoga daily. To honor the privacy and integrity of our ceremonies, photography and recording are not permitted during any ceremonial experiences. Guests are welcome to take photos or share personal moments in designated common areas of the property, provided that others are not included without their consent. We ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of fellow participants at all times.

We generally require full payment to be received before your booking is secured. Depending on your reservation details we may offer a payment plan with 50% deposit and remainder paid 4 weeks before you arrive. This is not always available.

Each retreat at ORA Tulum is 5 days and 4 nights. The experience is intentionally paced to allow for ceremony, integration, rest, and wellness practices, with time built in for reflection and personal space throughout the stay.
